Sony’s new high-end smartphone dubbed the Xperia Z that got unveiled at the CES 2013 will be entering the US market really soon. Its uncertain as to which carrier will be offering the device but we know its launch in the US is imminent because it was recently spotted getting a tear down by the FCC.
The Xperia Z has now been dissected, poked and prodded as part of the approval process to hit the US market. The FCC documents are available for those who are interested in the details of the smartphone’s inner functions. The smartphone that got leaked before its wraps were taken off at the CES, comes equipped with a 5-inch Reality display with a 1080p resolution and a 443 density as well as the upgraded Bravia Mobile Engine 2.
The Xperia Z Smartphone features a HD camera on the rear with a Exmor RS sensor, and it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor which should deliver some speed to its user experience.
